I didn't have any gyno problems on cycle. Maybe I have puberty gyno, I never heard of that, but it could just be that I had titties from being fat in the before pic. I used pharma grade organon sustanon 250, centrino labs anavar, and la pharma dbol. The organon amps I got off the street but everything else was from geared fast. I am 6'1 225 now. My diet consisted of a shit load of eggs,tuna,chicken,steak, and whey protein along with complex carbs. I made sure to eat every 3 hours and get in around 40 grams of protein per meal. I play ice hockey as well and that helped me stay lean throughout cycle. I could have had a cleaner diet looking back though. I'm bulking one more time in november and then in spring I'm gonna run a cutting cycle with clen,test, and anavar.

I had rhinoplasty/septal repair 1 year 5 months ago. In the middle of my healing I took a soccer ball directly to the nose which caused me a great deal of swelling. We delayed my 1 year due to this ( I did see my surgeon following the 2nd injury) I saw him yesterday which made it 1 year and 5 months and we did steroid injections on both sides of the bridge. Some of the swelling is soft at the tip and harder on the sides of the bridge. Do you think these will help? I am quite swollen post injection; how long will this last? How long will it take til I see a difference from the injection if any?

I totally understand what kind of job you had. I work at a Wally World distribution center. Started in shipping, loading about 3 to 4 full semi’s a day. Didn’t know how much weight I loaded. Then switched to non conveyable. When in dog food, I’d stack about 60k/lbs in 12 hours. That was MUCH easier than shipping. My first year, I struggled. Then I talked to my bro-in-law, who is a personal trainer, found and I started to do good. I was taking creatine and C4 prior to work, and took an Animal Pak with UniLiver every break, while eating protien every 3-4 hours. This brought me to Muscle for Life and The Books. I’m in maintenance department now, and are about to join a gym. I’ve been wanting to get the Legion multi’s and switch to Legion supplements. I’m about done reading BLS, and are gonna start the year one challenge. I’ve aready bought BBLS and Shredded Chef. I get excited every time I think about my goals.

I can appreciate what you are saying. The low carb thing was suggested as a shortcut to drop the fat and it definitely is working out great. I do miss the carbs. And I have a vacation I'm taking next weekend so I'll be back to eating for a week. The caloric deficit is what I plan to do after cutting a bit more. Its the only way to maintain after low carb. While I may have alot to learn, this is working. I do 5 low carb days below 30 grams and weekends are a free for all. But I try to behave moderately at least. I also agree I'd have more energy if I had more carbs. What would you change if you where in my spot? I probably have a bit less fat that your pre cycle pic. And my stomach feels rock hard underneath my fat. And trust me. I've had way more fat. Before my Pre first cycle I was a fat man in the making at 220lb. I was soft all over. And in my opinion everything came together at exactly the right time in life. I'm 203lb now and my body is completely built differently.
