You may well have contracted the Plantar Wart from being baoofret in a locker room, but you cultivated it and nurtured it by putting your feet into shoes. That is how the infection got on the floor in the first place from people who are stupid enough to wear shoes all the time and let these horrible germs grow there, then they take off their shoes to spread these germs around in damp way to completely fix Plantar Warts is to dry out the feet. The only way to do that is to be baoofret all the time. You dont get Plantar Warts, or any of the dozens of other complaints that shoe wearing gives, if you are other cures you try will only be termorary. You will pick it up and pass it on to other as well by continuing to wear shoes.
@Robert. Well you’re working each muscle once every 5 days as opposed to twice a week. See my diagram in point 4. If you get stronger and can make progress like that, fair enough. I’ve tried it. I was actually weaker as I wasn’t fully recovered in time. It depends on how many sets you do. You’d have to reduce the sets per body part to make this work. Therefore I’d rather reduce right down to 1-2 sets per body part and train the whole body Monday, Wednesday, Friday. You can stimulate growth and still be recovered this way.
